Our Story
Hi, my name is Stephanie K. Gomez. I am owner and pastry chef of Flutter Bakery and Confectionery.
When I was 8 years old, my great-grandma Ella taught me how to scramble eggs, and I’ve been in love with making and creating beautiful food and pastries ever since. That love has led me to be in the culinary and baking industry for over 20 years. I have a B.A. in Business Administration; an Associates degree in the culinary arts; and a baking and pastry Certificate from The French Pastry School.
When people ask what makes everything taste so good, I tell them LOVE.
